War Shrine

The War Shrine gives a combat bonus of between 5 and 15% to all friendly ships and units in this system (only 1 facility per system effective). Note that the combat bonus is lost as soon as the ships/ units leave the system.

To build this facility, a player must take the Deeply Religious racial trait at game setup and then research Religious Technology.
