Notorious, wicked, crazy, insane, irrational megalomaniac notorious for his repeated assaults on the Forum Chat Bar & Grill and his far-fetched ideas that rarely (if ever) come to fruition. Started multiple mods, including the Capship Mod, Cultures & Demeanors Mod, Missile Mod, Homeworld Mod, and the End of Galactic Civilization Mod. So far, the C&D Mod is the only one released, and although the Capship Mod had been coming along reasonably, it is MIA somewhere between versions 0.801 and 0.81.

The Cultures & Demeanors Mod has enjoyed a modest amount of popularity, but although it had room for expansion, no work has been done on it since version 1.01. The End of Galactic Civilization Mod is still in development, but work is progressing, albeit slowly.

Besides multiple unsuccessful forays into the modding world, Strategia has also released the largest SEIV shipset to date and is working on a second shipset, developed parallel to the End of Galactic Civilization Mod. Both shipsets were/are being created using DoGA L3.

Strategia as a public figure is well known for his participation in the rebellion against the Bar & Grill, known as the Won-Ton Violence Take-Out Hut, and his prominent position in the First and Second Bar Wars, having physically started the latter. Lately, however, he has severed his connections with the long-dead Won-Ton insurrection, and now whenever he enters the B&G he just comes in to level it, not to conquer it in the name of the Hut.
