Jarena is a watermelon basket carver by trade, but in his spare time he is a premedical student at the University of Illinois at Chicago, an aspiring concept artist, saxophonist, and Space Empires fan.

He began playing Space Empires with the release of SEIII, and was around for the launch and first few months of SE:IV (Where he maintained the Scrin Imperium and, if memory serves, managed to plod through a shipset), but fell out of the whole SE thang when school started to get in the way. Risen from his grave from a desire to conquer is SE:V, he might try his hand at the shipset thing again.
