Captain Kwok is the alternate identity of long-time Space Empires player Luke Hazlett. Captain Kwok has been active since the early days of Space Empires IV when he went by the name of Captain Spoogy. Besides his green alien avatars, Captain Kwok is known for his like of making banners for Space Empires sites and working on various Space Empires projects to a state of partial completion.
