Spaceports (SEV)

In Space Empires V (and previous games in the Space Empires series), spaceports are required in order for an empire to recieve resources attained within any given system. There is, however, one exception, the Racial Trait 'Natural Merchants' allows an empire to recieve such resources without the aforementioned spaceport.
