Script AI StateChange.txt (SEV)

This script is used by the AI to determine it's state. The default script has five states that the AI will be in:
Not Connected - When there are no warp points to other systems
Explore and Expand - When no other races are known
Attack - Is chosen when a potential enemy colony is determined worthy to attack
Defend - Is chosen when an enemy empire is within the AI's territory
Infrastructure - The default state when all other states are false
The AI states have some bering on what choices an AI will make. In the default script, the AI will not attack if it is not in attack state. It also has an effect on how much an AI will spend on construction of vehicles or facilities.
This file is not compiled on its own. It's included when the Racename_Main_Script file is compiled.
