Order Snafu

Order Snafu is a surprisingly useful little intel project in Space Empires IV. When successful, this project changes the orders of the target ship. The ship will usually leave its fleet and wander off randomly, which can be a real inconvenience to the enemy's plans (particularly if the wayward ship happens to be the fleet's minesweeper...)

In the unmodded game, this project is available to any player that has researched Applied Intelligence to tech level 1. The project costs 10000 intel points.
