Matryx Mod Launcher

Matryx's Mod launcher is a very useful and popular little program created to complement Space Empires IV.
Description
It allows players to select the mod they would like to play with from a handy little GUI. Without the mod launcher (or similar program) the player must manually edit the Path.txt file before running the game. It also has a button to launch SE4's map editor.
When placed in the same folder as the SE4 executable, the mod launcher automatically identifies any mods installed, and wil provide information about them if the mod's author has included a modinfo.txt file.
The mod launcher also allows players to load games directly from the launcher, bypassing SE4's title screen altogether. Game passwords can be stored in the mod launcher (they are encrypted for security).
