Mental Singularity Generator

The Mental Singularity Generator is a weapon which works by telekinetically compressing a solid slug down to microscopic size, then launching it at a target. It is only available to races which choose the Psychic racial trait. In terms of its statistics it is similar to the Wave - Motion Gun, except that it does more damage, takes longer to reload, and uses less supply.
