Ground Combat Mod

Overview

Ground Combat mod expands the basic ground combat system for Space Empires V to introduce new ground units - Tanks, Infantry, Artillery and Air Support. Attempt has been made to balance the forces so that a combined arms approach is the best option, instead of just loading up on one sort of unit. A mixed force will - in theory - fare better than one composed entirely of Tanks, for example. Infantry units won't do much damage to Tanks, but the Tank units will find it hard to shift the Infantry by themselves.
