The Cuckleheed Empire is a popular shipset designed for Space Empires IV. The Cuckleheeds are a species of hydrogen breathing, ice-world dwelling reptilian creatures who don't give out much information about themselves. They lack any AI files other than AI_general.
The creator of the shipset is currently unknown, but the set dates back to at least 2002.
The Cuckleheed are included in the Shipset Megapack.
