Communications Mimic

Communications Mimic is an intel project in Space Empires IV. When successful, a fake message will be sent from one target empire to the other to either break their current treaty or declare war.

This can be a very powerful, since the two empires may have combat pieces in the same sector (SEIV), which could lead to combat.

In the unmodded game, this project is available to any player that has researched Applied Intelligence to tech level 3. The project costs 20000 intel points.
