Communication Interceptors

Communications Interceptors is an intel project in Space Empires IV. When successful, any messages (including trades, gifts, treaty proposals or acceptances) passed between the two target empires on the turn that the project completes will be deleted.

In the unmodded game, this project is available to any player that has researched Applied Intelligence to tech level 3. The project costs 10000 intel points.
