Cargo Bomb

Cargo Bomb is a cheap and effective intel project in Space Empires IV. IWhen successul, it destroys some of the cargo in the hold of the target ship. Great for weakening enemy carriers prior to battle.

In the unmodded game, this project is available to any player that has researched Applied Intelligence to tech level 1. The project costs 5000 intel points.
