The Atria is a shipset for Space Empires IV, uploaded to PBW by Zoria. They are simply a recoloured version of the Jraenar shipset.
The Atria (This is the name used in the AI files) are peaceful dragon-like creatures who live on oxygen ice worlds.
This shipset attempts to install to the Zorian race directory, and is listed on PBW as such, but there is another shipset of that name which appears to predate this one.
